My Work
A dedicated counselor and community welfare patron with over 20 years of experience in teaching Yoga, specializing in Yoga for children. Committed to spreading spiritual awareness among both children and adults, consistently striving to make Yoga and Wellness accessible to all.

Yoga Teachers Training
Gain the skills to confidently teach yoga to children through Ashtanga-based programs focused on class management, practical proficiency, and ongoing mentorship—no prior yoga experience required. Backed by over 20 years of research, hands-on practice, and deep spiritual exploration, these courses are designed to:
-
empower individuals to teach young minds
-
support deeper connection with the inner self
Courses are tailored for ages 0–23 months, 2–6 years, and 7–12 years.
Ideal for parents, caregivers, educators, community workers, or anyone with the passion and intent to make a meaningful impact in children’s lives.
Holistic Parenting Through Yoga
The Holistic Parenting Through Yoga program offers support and guidance through every stage of parenthood. Understanding the unique challenges and joys of each phase—from pregnancy to early childhood—the program equips parents with practical tools and techniques to navigate their journey with greater ease and presence.

The Prenatal Yoga program prepares expectant mothers for childbirth and beyond. More than physical exercise, it offers a nurturing space to connect with the changing body, build inner strength, and learn yogic tools for self-care and mindful parenting—empowering mothers to embrace motherhood with confidence and grace.

The Mother-Toddler Yoga sessions strengthen the bond between parent and child through playful movement, gentle stretches, and shared relaxation. These sessions foster a deeper connection while offering a supportive environment for both parent and child to connect, play, and grow together.

Designing School Curriculums
Yoga is not just a single session within school physical education programs.
This comprehensive yoga curriculum offers innovative programs for children aged 2–12, focusing on building spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical resilience. It emphasizes the cultivation of Samskaras (positive values), emotional balance, social and emotional learning, self-control, and physical excellence.
To foster holistic development, we deliver age-appropriate, theme-based sessions that integrate and seamlessly align with your annual curriculum, resulting in a cohesive and enriching experience.
Self Culture for Kids
Curating Self Culture programs for all age groups!

The course aims to equip kids under 6 years to encourage discovery, imagination, laughter, and relaxation. For tweens (7+ age) as well, growing up is a confusing process. Their physiological and psychological worlds are in a state of flux. To add to this, there is an insecurity about changing bodies, crushing schedules, peer pressure, and uncertainty about the future. This program is designed for them to bridge the gap between childhood and adolescence. To ensure a connection to the child, the sessions are interactive. There is role play, drama, singing, sharing, and celebration! So the form is only PLAY through storytelling, puppetry, games, breathing skills, and relaxation.

Sisterhood Circle
The Sisterhood Circle provides a nurturing space for women to come together, share their stories, and find support. Rooted in the belief that connection fosters healing, it offers a safe environment where women can be their authentic selves.
Each gathering begins with a guided meditation to center and ground participants, setting a calm and open tone. The circle then opens for conversation, encouraging the sharing of experiences, mutual support, and the building of meaningul relationships among women.

Pet Stories: Feeding. Sterilising. Caring.
Every day, we feed over 50 street animals with love, consistency, and care. But our work doesn't stop there—we also ensure they’re sterilised and vaccinated, helping create a healthier, safer life for them and a kinder city for all. It’s not just rescue work—it’s a daily promise to those who have no voice but so much love to give.

Beyond The Mat
Jasmeet's passion for connection and community extends beyond the yoga mat. She also engages in other projects and initiatives that bring people together.
